Tampa’s own Granata dedicates his latest song “Rest In Pedals” to his stolen bike. This Phoniks produced cut features Granata and regular collaborator Duzzo Dave providing vocals and a verse of his own.
Phoniks delivers a peppy, horn driven beat with a nice steady piano that is reminiscent of production you'd hear from De La Soul or A Tribe Called Quest. Granata has a smooth delivery and decent bars, which puts him ahead of most unsigned rappers. Duzzo Dave is a nice addition to the song, and lends his not too high, not too low singing and rapping skills to the outro.
