Wes Ryan, an up and coming Emcee from CT, is set to drop his Lighters Ep the 30th of september. ISFY is one of the singles off of the tape, and is a seriously dope track. Wes is both a producer and a rapper which is becoming rarer and rarer these days, and he really does a great job with every part of the track.
